Follow-up and deontology

We are committed to making full use of all the resources at our disposal in order to identify
as promptly as possible the biggest possible number of suitable candidates and then
present to the client those that match the required profile to the highest degree.

We equally understand it as our duty to provide support to our Client throughout all the
stages of the recruitment process
, until its successful completion. We arrange meetings
for our client with the selected candidates, assist him during negotiations regarding terms
of employment, until the successful candidate has accepted an employment offer.

Our role continues even after the Candidate has been hired: as the first weeks on the job
are vital for the candidate’s successful integration within the Company, we make it our duty
to provide regular follow-up with both the Candidate and the Client.

As a general rule and to the benefit of both parties concerned, it is explicitly agreed that the
missions which we take on are entrusted exclusively to us.
