Identifying your needs
The first step of the recruitment process – defining your employment needs – is, in our opinion,
an essential stage in the successful completion of the project.
A thorough analysis of the position and its environment is conducted. It is extremely important
that we fully understand the nature of our Client’s business and the corporate culture into
which the successful candidate will have to integrate.
Once we have done this, we are able to devise a detailed and accurate description of the
position to be filled and of the required profile, which is to be submitted to the Client
for approval. It is important to keep in mind that this document needs to be made available
to third parties, without breaking any confidentiality agreements that might be associated
with the search assignment. The general purpose of this description is that of presenting
the opening opportunity to potential candidates; at the same time, it is an important
motivational tool, as it reinforces their interest in the position.
